А1. Free / Non-Commercial License

Available on the following Plans: FREE, WOW (see SUBSCRIPTION PRICE, TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLANS).

1. Scope of Rights

The Website grants the User a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to use lawfully downloaded Assets solely for non-commercial purposes. The license is non-transferable and may not be sublicensed.

If an Asset is marked as "Editorial only," the terms of Appendix A2 to the License Terms and Conditions shall apply; this Appendix A1 shall not apply to such Assets.

2. Permitted Use

  • Personal non-commercial use, education, research, non-monetized portfolio.

  • Free modification, transformation, and adaptation of Assets, provided the restrictions in Section 3 of the License Terms and Conditions are observed.

  • Publication of images, videos, and materials created using the Assets, provided the source files are not extractable and no commercial benefit is derived.

  • Use without territorial restrictions.

Re-download. Re-downloads are governed by Clause 2.2.5 of the License Terms and Conditions: RDW of 24 months from the FDD with an active subscription; during the 30-day Grace Period after subscription expiry – only re-downloads from the Library (no new Selections or initial downloads). After the RDW expires, a new Selection with an active subscription is required for re-download.

3. Restrictions (in addition to Section 3 of the License Terms and Conditions)

The following is prohibited:

  • Any commercial use (direct or indirect monetization: advertising, ads revenue, paid access, donations "for access," sponsorship, merchandise, PoD, paid applications, games, etc.). A commercial license (Appendices A3, A4 to the License Terms) is required for such cases;

  • Transfer or distribution of the Asset source files and derivatives "as-is," including via stock sites, torrents, file-sharing services, repositories, "packs," scenes, or templates from which Assets can be easily extracted;

  • Open licenses (OSS, CC) are prohibited — see Clause 3.11 and Clause 3.4 of the License Terms and Conditions regarding redistribution;

  • Use of Assets in software or games without protection measures against extraction (packaging, obfuscation, encryption, DRM, disabling export/debug functions); publishing scenes or projects allowing "easy extraction"; rules for Baked-In are specified in Clauses 3.7 – 3.8 and 3.13 of the License Terms and Conditions;

  • Any AI use-case: training, retraining, generation, datasets, uploading to AI services, etc. Usage rules are specified in Clause 3.3 of the License Terms and Conditions;

  • Use for purposes that violate the law or third-party rights.

4. Technical Requirements: Anti-Extraction and Baked-In

Compliance with Clauses 3.7–3.8 (anti-extraction, prohibition of "easy extraction") and Clause 3.13 (Baked-In) of the License Terms and Conditions is mandatory.

5. Works for Clients, Contractors, Per-Title & Title ID

Title ID is not required. If the User (Individual or Sole Proprietor) acts in the interests of a Legal Entity or Client, the rules of Appendix A3 and Clauses 2.2.3–2.2.4 of the License Terms and Conditions shall apply.

6. Re-download

Re-downloads are governed by Clause 2.2.5 of the License Terms and Conditions (RDW of 24 months with an active subscription; during the 30-day Grace Period — only re-downloads from the Library, without new Selections or initial downloads).

7. Attribution

When publishing non-commercial materials, the source must be credited: "Source: ScanWOW (scanwow.com)."

8. Transitions / Eligibility

Available on FREE and WOW Plans (see Clause 2.3.6 of the License Terms and Conditions). Commercial use is prohibited.

9. Warranties and Liability

Assets are provided "as is"; Section 7 of the License Terms and Conditions shall apply.

10. Miscellaneous

Compliance with the prohibitions in Clause 3.11 (Source Files, OSS, CC) and Clause 3.12 (NSFW Rules) of the License Terms and Conditions is mandatory.
